MONOCHROMATIC.

Top by Shakuhachi from The Joy Stores
Skirt by Dion Lee from The Joy Stores
Shoes, bag and sunglasses by Sportsgirl
Lipstick by MAC Cosmetics

It's no secret that I've got quite the soft spot for Australian designers, and as you probably already gathered here, here and here, Dion Lee and Shakuhachi are two of my favourites.

I know it's all about colour right now, but I still feel that you just can't beat a clean, head to toe combination of black and white. Case in point? Look no further than Christine Centenera. She does black and white like no other. Obsessed. Majorly.

SKIN SAVIOUR: CLINIQUE MOISTURE SURGE INSTENSE.

Good beauty products are hard to come by.

I never want to commit to buying the latest craze anymore without having a recommendation from a friend because I've done that one too many times and been disappointed.

Having said that, the past few months I've been on a bit of a roll. I've discovered so many amazing products that are now "can't-live-without" products, so I thought it was only fair to share the love!

Meet Clinique's Moisture Surge Intense Skin Fortifying Hydrator

First things first: yes, this product was gifted, but there's no way I would post about it if I didn't absolutely love it.

My skin has been lackluster since I moved to Sydney. Cold wind, too much coffee and not enough sleep is a recipe for disaster when it comes to the complexion. This stuff is an oil-free cream-gel that completely plumps up the skin (rather than merely sitting on top like other heavy moisturisers).

I've been pressing it into my skin before I put my makeup on to create that "fresh-faced" illusion. The best part? It's not just a quick fix - it actually improves your skin's moisture retention over time! Best. stuff. ever.

Trust me.

Dion Lee Line II

All hail the king.

It's no secret that Dion Lee has had my heart since day one, and remains one of my favourite Australian designers to date.

It's his attention to detail sets him apart; a strength he's also carried-on through his new Line II collection (which has just landed in store!). Think wardrobe staples with a twist, or a paired-back addition to the mainline collection - built for the everyday.

My favourite thing about this collection is how versatile it is. Each piece works alone, but can also be layered over or under something else, too. Amen.

Trust me, everyone needs the backless slip dress with spaghetti straps (layered under a sweater during the day, or worn alone at night) and the bandage back knit pictured below. Oh, and the shearling leather jacket... And everything else.

I've been lucky enough to make the top 5 finalists, so if you like reading my blog, please vote for me here

STELLA MCCARTNEY SATURDAYS.

Hansen & Gretel jumpsuit
Topshop necklace
Vintage Oroton clutch
Michael Kors watch from STATUS Accessories

As I said in my first post for Spy Style, I'm just loving the rise of all things oversize in fashion at the moment. It screams effortless elegance - like this Stella McCartney coat and jumpsuit by one of my favourite new labels Hansen & Gretel.

When it comes to a coat, 'the bigger, the better' is my motto. ASOS and Topshop have quickly taken note, so there are equally amazing ones (without the price tag) here, here, here and here. Très chic!

VOGUE FASHION'S NIGHT OUT PHOTO DIARY.

Last Thursday I celebrated the Vogue Fashion's Night Out in Sydney. I had so much fun party hopping and indulging in all of the amazing things my favourite stores had to offer... the vibe in the city was electric! If you've never been, lock it in next year - trust me!

I had to race there after work so there was no time for lugging my camera around, but I caught a few snaps on my new Nokia Lumia 900 and, I must say, the camera on that phone is incredible! I'm more than happy with how they turned out so I decided to show you what I got up to...

The good news for you is that I have a super exciting giveaway to announce later this week. It involves a new phone, an exclusive Vogue event and the chance to meet Vogue Editor-in-Chief Edwina McCann

Details coming later this week. Get excited! x

It's what's underneath...

That counts.

I talk a lot about clothes, but not so much about what goes underneath them so I decided it was time to change that.

To me, underwear is just as important as what goes on top of it because of the way it makes you feel. There's just something about slipping on a brand new set of lingerie that makes you feel a million bucks - even when you put five layers over the top and no one else can see it.

Put simply, when I'm wearing nice, coordinating lingerie, I feel like I've got my life together.

These delicate lace bralettes also make the perfect layering piece under a white boyfriend shirt or a sheer tee - I can't get enough of them!
